Saturday activities...

This morning we did the NKF Walk. It was held at the ball park. Last eve, Kent and his friends helped Steve celebrate his Birthday. Dana and Jerry had a dinner party so we joined them as well later in the evening. I saw this little creature on the floor at Dana's!!! It was wicked! Maggie, Kent's cousin, was there as well with 6 of her friends on a girls' weekend! It was fun to meet all of them.

First Friday

This evening my Boo and I enjoyed some sushi and First Friday, which is an art walk in downtown Phoenix. It was interesting ; ) We had a yummy crepe (nutella, bananas and whipped cream). Tomorrow morning we have a walk to benefit the National Kidney Foundation.

Cats

I spent some time this afternoon seeing what the cats were up to outside. I also included a picture of the lemon tree we are so lucky to have right outside of our door : )

Antique treasure from KS

During my recent visit to KS, Traci, Mom, Thea and I did some antique shopping. This old mirror is one of my treasures. I love it. I always find the most unique things in this shop located in Parsons, KS. Even the kitty likes it : )

Tomorrow Thea will be celebrating her special day! I hope all of your Birthday wishes come true Thea : ) Our Tuesday night gathering was extra special tonight because we had a little trunk show revealing some of Thea's awesome jewelry! Tonight was also special as Kent made us homemade pizza, 3 different types : )
I love our Tuesday night gatherings...what a cool group of girls! Always lots of fun and great food.

Happy Birthday Traci...(surprise!)

Buck, Thea and I traveled to KS for the weekend to surprise Traci for a belated Birthday celebration! It was full of fun and lots of laughing, as always. We even went to a fashion show, did some antique shopping and I got to have lunch at school with Hayden. I am so thankful for this trip that included all of my family. Traci's friends are super cool! It was great to finally meet all of them. Hope this happens again soon : ) Thanks to Mom for driving us all over the place.

Weekend fun...

We spent the weekend over in California with Mike and Solene. They have a house by Arrowhead Lake (near Big Bear). It was a blast! Definitely looking forward to our next trip with them. The weather could not have been better.
