Back from the high country...

We had a nice, relaxing weekend in Flag...and yep, the little one had to come along. We finally came up with a name, el diablo rojo! ; )

Kent and I have so much love for cats...we found a little guy who I think will do the job of helping us remember all of the wonderful qualities that Pouncer shared with us. A male tabby is what Kent

wanted and that is what we came home with Saturday!

What a lover he is...our home has been a hiss-athon (Zen) since our new arrival ; )

Grandma Bruce : )

My Grandma Bruce passed at the age of 92! She was ready to go home to Heaven.

I am so happy I had the chance to visit her a few years back while home for Christmas. Hayden was pushing her around in her wheelchair in the nursing home ; ) I have such fond memories of visiting her every Christmas day as a child. Another funny memory I must share. A few years back I went to Alaska for vacation.

Grandma had always wanted to visit so I sent her tons of my pictures. She was so happy. I also sent her some silk-ish black pajama pants with flowers and a black lounge shirt. She was so excited. She called my Grandma Alberta and told her I sent her a beautiful outfit with silk pants that had to have cost a couple hundred dollars ; ) She could not wait to wear her new outfit to her next doctor's appt! We were so lucky to have such a wonderful great-grandma! She will be missed.

E Dub and T-Dog made the trip to AZ so we could surprise Jennifer for her Birthday...she was informed of the surprise ahead of time ; ) however, we managed to have an AWESOME weekend!!!
